I've just placed my order, how long can I expect it to take to arrive?
Usually we aim to dispatch within 2 days, and then it takes around 2 to 4 days to arrive. So you can expect your parcel at the latest of 6 days after you order. If it has been longer than this, please reach out.
What can I do if items in my order were wrong/damaged?
If you've recieved your order and it is damaged, missing, or wrong in any way, please submit a contact form or message us on social media. We strive to make sure every order is up to standard so don't be afraid to reach out!
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship in the UK. However, if you are from outisde of the UK and want to order, please get in touch and we'll see if we can do anything for you!
